Prices are on an Exchange Basis

All products are supplied on an exchange basis, which means the price includes the return shipping of the replaced battery that was removed from the vehicle (the "core") to Infinitev. Where the core is not returned to Infinitev, the customer will be charged a core charge of $1,000.00 + GST for NiMH hybrid batteries to compensate Infinitev for the cost of replacing the core with an equivalent core and all associated costs. The core charge for lithium high voltage batteries may vary from model to model and will be communicated with the customer at the time of quote or purchase. Cores that have been tampered with or are missing parts or otherwise deemed unusuablly wholly by Infinitev may, at Infinitev's sole discretion, attact a partial core charge.
