The Hybrid Battery HealthCheck will give you a battery condition score. Here's what they mean:
Poor condition
If your battery is in poor condition you may notice a range of symptoms such as the vehicle not holding a charge or provide consistent voltage output. Also the capacity of the battery overtime has significantly reduced and it suffers a high self-discharge rate, losing its charge quickly when not in use.
Be alert to the more frequent or constant use of the cooling fan as the battery turns almost all charge into heat. It is important to note that if a battery is showing these signs it's time to replace it.

Average condition
A battery in average condition is one that still holds a charge and provides consistent voltage output, but may not perform as well as a battery in good condition. It may have a slightly higher self-discharge rate and lose its charge more quickly when not in use. The capacity of the battery may have degraded, and it may not be able to hold as much of a charge as it did when new.

Good condition
A battery in good condition boasts a consistent voltage output and holds a charge well.
It shouldn't have a noticeable decrease in performance and capable to retain at least 80-90% of it's capacity after several cycles. The self-discharge rate should also be low, meaning that it should maintain its charge for a longer period of time when not in use.
Lastly, the cooling fan that manages battery heat from extra charge will rarely come on.
